I purchased a pair of Shadow heaters, and over time, both have required new motherboards! The first one was swapped out at no cost, while the second one was replaced for a fee, but after four years, that’s all good. The customer service is fantastic; even with a little mix-up regarding parts and repairs, where the replacement components were sent out before the actual repair was completed, Heat Outdoors jumped on it right away. They said, "Please keep those for future spares," and assured me they’d fix my heater and send it back quickly. I was already a fan of the products and service, but now I’m definitely a lifelong customer! Big shoutout to Ciara for her exceptional customer service!

After much consideration about getting a heater that would suit a cozy cottage, I chose the Santini ECO Flame Gas Patio Heater in Stainless Steel - Black. I placed the order along with a cover on August 18, 2021, at 9:48 AM. I didn’t request next-day delivery, but it showed up the very next day at 11:30 AM. I couldn't be happier with both the heater and the service!
